BOUCHERON, 1940s-1950s Exceptional Rectangular beauty kit in 800 thousandths grooved silver, the lid decorated with a 750 thousandths pink gold plate decorated with chiseled flowers and foliage, twelve pistils are set with round cabochon rubies. Dark interior of mirrors opening with two flaps, including two compartments including one for powder, a lipstick case (without lipstick), a gadrooned tube containing a mini cigarette holder and a compartment closed by a lid accommodating a case with small comb in blond tortoiseshell. Clasp with cut sides in gold metal. Signed “BOUCHERON PARIS”. French work, diamond and square hallmarks from the HELLUIN ET MATTLINGER Workshop. Silver hallmarks (wild boar) and mixed gold and silver hallmark. Dimensions: 8.5x13x2cm. Gross Weight: 521.2 g. Accompanied by its original Maison Boucheron box as well as a black grosgrain clutch, with twisted handle and patch envelope pocket on the back, so you can carry the essentials as an evening bag.
