"Hercules Nurse Chair, Early 20th Century"
Rare folding/retractable nurse chair from the HERCULE brand! Early 20th century. These stools/armchairs are often sold as fisherman's stools! It is not so. In fact, these stools were intended for nannies who, until the Second World War, hung this object on the pram in order to be able to sit on it in parks and public gardens, where benches and seats had to be paid for until the 1930s. (especially in Paris) A beautiful object of curiosity, in good general condition. Dimensions 38 x 28 cm
