Changer's desk in rosewood marquetry, walnut and ash fillets Louis XIV XVII century period. Top inlaid with cross-grain walnut fillets highlighted with ash fillets forming geometric patterns on a rosewood background. The rosewood sides feature a diamond in a cross-grain walnut frame highlighted with ash fillets. The front has eight inlaid drawers divided into two boxes, separated by a door inlaid with cross-grain walnut fillets with geometric patterns on a rosewood background. The top divided into two parts, one removable and the drawer on the tilting front revealing an interior inlaid with rosewood and plum made up of three small drawers. It rests on eight small ball feet in blackened wood. Drawers mounted in oak, locks operated with three keys. Original keyholes in gilded bronze.
