"Dogon Mask Satimbe Mali"
Large Dogon mask called Satimbe, topped with a representation of a female ancestor Ya Sigine. Very sober and pure in its design, with beautiful geometric lines and volumes as we can appreciate among the Dogons. Impoirtant and old patina of use, sometimes black with remains of various polychromes underneath, traces of woodworms. Wear and tear.... Height 75 cm.
