This gouache, titled on top :" Saint Honoré", and signed with a pen at the bottom right, was perhaps an original project and sketch for a poster at the intention of bakers, of which Saint Honoré is traditionally the patron.
Paul Louis Lavalley left also a very interesting work as ceramist.
