We present for sale this spectacular life-size ceramic donkey (Bavent earthenware). This factory is in Normandy located between Caën and Cabourg, it is called Mesnil pottery. This very old production is known above all for its ridge spikes and it has produced many popular farm animals and our donkey is an example. It is in good condition, the eyes are made of sulphide, it has undergone some small restorations which do not detract from its beauty. (E24)
