Superb pair of small format oils from the beginning of the 18th century, of Flemish origin, representing landscapes animated with characters, dwellings and sailing boats characteristic of the period. The relief of the landscape and the vegetation are suggested in the background with a beautiful perspective. The sky is full of pink-tinted clouds with delicate colors. These oils are painted on beveled oak panels. They feature old rococo style frames, which have been perfectly restored in size: 15 x 18.5 cm. The whole thing has a lot of charm!!
