It is a pocket wax seal, steel cage forged of openwork heart, base is a round seal engraved with of “mavelot”, initials difficult to decipher…. This frameing has a stirrup, on which a superb faceted intaglio 3 engraved faces pivots; one decorated with a coat of arms of chivalry, perhaps from Spain, the second: a magnificent cloud pyramid climbed by a serpent and the motto in Spanish: niente e impossible al la virtu, Nothing is impossible for Virtue , the third, a beautiful mavelot under Ducal crown of France.
