Miniature bellows camera Ensign Midget 55 from the British company Houghton Butcher Anastigmat lens Ensar f:6.3 Miniature folding camera with metal body (stamped steel) with conical support struts that fold into the body. Once deployed, the struts are designed to hold the front panel in a rigid position. It features a simple viewfinder that folds out from the rear and top, as well as a viewfinder that is normally closed for vertical views but can be opened when a horizontal view is required. It has a variable focus lens, from 90cm to infinity. Dimensions: 8.5 cm in length and 4 cm in width and 1.5 cm in depth The Houghton company is originally a Franco-English company which manufactures lenses. The French partner died and the company moved to London and became Houghton & Son in 1903 to produce films. The Ensign brand was born.
