Rare covered pot in solid silver resting on four claw feet, handles formed by lions' heads, at the top of the legs of rams' heads and a pretty frieze with a woman's medallion. Lid with pinecone-shaped grip, weight without the ebony base 604 grams, hallmarked and numbered on the pot and on the lid, 18th century.
