Partridge in gilded bronze signed on Dubucand terrace for Alfred Dubucand, French sculptor born November 25, 1823 in Paris died September 7, 1903.
He was active from 1867 to 1883.
He was a student of the great sculptor Antoine Louis Barry.
He specializes in the creation of mainly animal sculptures and pays particular attention to anatomical detail and the accuracy of the movement of his subjects.
