Object description :

"Tree Of Dreamy Constellations

. Ferdinando De Filippi (lecce, Born 1940)"
Tree of Dreamy Constellations Signed in reverse: Ferdinando De Filippi  (Lecce, 1940, born) Tree of Dreamy Constellations is a fascinating painting created in a calligraphic monochromatic style, where every detail blends seamlessly with the frame.
The artwork features a tree with intricate foliage, revealing surreal details such as two twin faces at the center, a lion, a flying horse ( Pegasus) and a bird beneath it. The frame, in a vibrant color between blue and purple, includes splashes of color reminiscent of the dripping style of pop art. This contrast between the organic nature of the tree and the vibrancy of the frame creates a unique and evocative atmosphere.
Monochromatic technique on paper, applied on canvas.
