Made in de 4th quarter of the 19th century by Bontems in Paris (France).
This top quality singing bird has a Brass gilded base to conseal the mechanism. In the cage there are 2 birds.
The bird are in lovely condition with brightly colored plumes.
When activated the birds all sing a song, one responding to the other, taking a little pause every now and then… all the birds move the head, and, while singing, the beak and tail.
