Beautiful old painting, oil on canvas 19th century, annotation on the back of the stretcher Georges Calves (henri), not verified, representing an animated landscape of a child in a red cap on his horse, in front stall. Beautiful and luminous composition teeming with well-executed details, the background with thatched roofs seems to indicate a Norman view. Old relining but few repaintings, in a later gilded wood frame. Inventory mark on the chassis. All in good condition, see photos. Total dimensions 60 cm x 53 cm, Table alone: 48.5 cm x 40.5 cm.
