Hinged silver folding pallet in the shape of a book and a cylindrical tube closing with a screw cap containing buckets of colors all in a very beautiful French material, perhaps a work from Dieppe from the 18th century. The palette is from the Regency period from the beginning of the 18th century, the cylinder is from the end of the 18th century. There is a hole in the bottom that allows the buckets to be pushed out of the cylinder. Palette: 12.6 x 7.6 cm - cylinder: height 12.7 cm diameter 4.3 cm. Condition, good, real object of curiosity, very beautiful and rare set from a traveling painter.
