The white enameled dial signed Noël Fila is highlighted with a drapery. Period wire movement. Zoomorphic bronze dog-type pendulum. Rests on a black marble base decorated with a bronze frieze, supported by 4 small spinning top feet. I don't know if it works. Splendid pendulum....
