"émile Gallé - Pair Of Marquetry Tea Tables, 3 Trays, Art Nouveau Period, Circa 1900"
Pair of tea tables with three fully inlaid trays decorated with plants and butterflies. Tables with identical decorations and structures but with some variations in the types of wood used for the marquetry. One with a dominance of light wood and the other with mainly dark woods, thus offering beautiful contrasts. Work signed "Gallé" on the upper surface of each table, with a plant signature as well as a beautiful decor. Marquetry with a wide variety of wood species (lemon, mahogany, cedar burl, rosewood, walnut, etc.). In a perfect state. No accidents, no chips, no losses. Solid structures.
