Elegant and large sideboard resting on two feet in front. The edge is slightly curved. Opposite herringbone marquetry in amaranth and satinwood. Thick Flanders hornbeak marble (?).
Bearing a label indicating the following provenance: Paul Krug for Paul II Krug, manager of the eponymous Champagne group in the mid-20th century, between his residences in Champagne and Monaco.
Adrien Fleury (1721 - 1774)
Cabinetmaker. He lived in Paris. He lived successively in the Rue Faubourg Saint-Germain and Rue de Charonne towards the middle of the reign of Louis XV. His stamp, with large characters, has only been found on a few pieces of furniture: chests of drawers, furniture at table height or tables.
Condition report: wear and minor accidents. Varnish reworked by our workshop.
