"Koi Japanese Carp Painting Kakemono"
Kakemono of a carp leaping out of water painted on silk. This fish occupies a very good place in Japanese legends; it personifies indomitable resolution, perseverance and tenacity, because it courageously faces the strongest currents of water and even jumps from waterfalls, it often becomes a dragon. This fish is omnipresent in parks and waterways in Japan.
