Funny and astonishing monk in polychrome wood from the 19th century. This monk who could be Saint Mederic is a true work of popular art. He rests on a wooden base, stands dressed and wearing his headdress, holding a staff in his right hand and a bishop's headdress placed at his feet. The whole is in period polychrome wood and in excellent original condition.
