by Mathieu Varille and Marius Audin at Aux Deux-Collines in Lyon in 1935. Treated in a manner of dialogue through which all people can easily learn and practice the honest art of mustard making. In-16 paperback with 82 pages illustrated with six woodcuts inset by Bernard Aldebert. First edition printed in 500 numbered copies, this one bearing the number 346. A beautiful dedication from Mathieu Varille is attached as a sending from the author: “To my friend Raymond Kahn, great gastronome before the Lord, this testimony of my lively affection. Mathieu Varille.”
