Very large and rare lantern in gilded bronze, bisoté glass.Napoleon III period, Louis XIV style; a French work around 1870.
This gigantic lantern is in good condition, (unrestored), excellent quality of the bronzes.
The lantern needs to be cleaned; electricity needs to be checked.
Model based on the original model made for the Palace of Versailles !
