"Diorama Second Empire"
Very decorative diorama made up of little paper "Solats de Strasbourg', presented in a baguette-framed window.It is presented on two levels.
In the lower part, Napoleon III greets a Chasseur à Pied on guard in his sentry box, while further away stands an officer of the Guides, as well as the standard bearer of the regiment and the canteen lady.
At the top, different soldiers of the Imperial Guard are lined up: engineers, grenadiers and spearmen.
