large Italian painting, oil on canvas, marina with fishermen, hut, and the city of Taranto in the background. the painting, beautifully crafted and very bright, is signed by a painter with a foreign father and an Italian mother, Anna Hueber (deliponti), active between Naples and Taranto, between the second half of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. the painting is embellished with a beautiful wooden frame gilded with pure gold. In addition to the signature, the painting bears the writing "Taranto 1900".
