Set of 4 stainless steel pieces by Aldo Rossi for Alessi, including a large Italian coffee maker, a small Italian coffee maker, a kettle and a sugar pot with spoon. 20th century period (two slight dents on the lid of the sugar pot) Aldo Rossi Born in Milan (1931-1997), he is considered by many to be the greatest Italian architect of the second half of the 20th century. His life as an architect began with Gardella and Zanuso. An author of abstraction, reduction and brevitas, his severe language of primary forms, geometric patterns and silent evocation created some of the most intensely poetic works of architecture and design of his era.
