"Earthenware From Douai 18th Century "
Earthenware from Douai (France) dating from the 18th century. It is made of a beautiful handle with a flattened double twist and attachments in the shape of roses with green leaves, a pointed beak and a top decorated "in pearls". The earthenware is fine, white-yellowish and has a floral decoration with a closed rose central motif. A similar creamer is displayed at the Musée de la chartreuse in Douai.
Note that there are a few cracks (visible in the photos).
