"Théodore Gudin Old Painting Marine Landscape North Fisherman Sky Frame 19th Muller"
Beautiful old painting from the 19th century, oil on panel signed lower right Théodore Gudin, representing a northern landscape, animated by fishermen, dogs and walkers walking on a deep coastal road. The right bank is alive with tents, boats and houses crushed by an immense turbulent sky. On the back of the panel, Muller color dealer in Paris, a partially erased exhibition label as well as wax collection stamps. Dirty varnish to be cleaned, in its gilded wooden canned frame. Rare unpublished composition by the painter, all in good condition, see photos. Total dimensions: 54 cm x 49 cm, panel alone 40.5 cm x 32.5 cm
