Better known for his theater and dance paintings, this painter born in Paris is also distinguished by his posters (Bénédictine...) as indicated in Benezit, he was a student of Lefebvre and Maignan and he regularly exhibits at the Salon des artistes français. He rests in Boismont (village of Vexin Français). Very interesting document on the town of Mont Dore, still very rural at the end of the 19th century.
