Miraculous Child Jesus of Prague. Plaster statue dressed in fabric clothing (silk and red velvet) richly decorated with sequins and trimmings. The child Jesus is shown raising his right hand and supporting the golden globe with his left hand. The Child is wearing a brass crown and multi-colored beads. 19th century period. Please note: this statue is in its original state. Wear, stains and losses to clothing, sequins and beadwork on the crown. The left arm is broken but it holds. The cross is missing on the globe. Missing fingertips of right hand. The crown is slightly distorted. Please look carefully at the photos. However, this statue has a beautiful presence. It has pleasant proportions and is very decorative.
