Very pleasant watercolor from the beginning of the 20th century. The departure of the fishing sailboats for the high seas. the watercolor on paper is executed with great delicacy. A superb light. Painted around 1900 by Frank Richards, British artist born in 1863 and died in 1935. Dimensions of the watercolor alone, 35 cm x 24.5 cm. In a pretty patinated oak frame, 46 cm x 34.5 cm. good condition.
