Majorelle Nancy: superb pair of Art Nouveau period console bedside tables circa 1900 opening with a door and a drawer presenting an open niche in its center and a support console in its upper part very good quality of cabinetmaking No missing rich bronze ornamentation with impeccable gilding. Made entirely of Cuban mahogany and burl mahogany with majestic and abundant decorations of gilded bronzes in the style of Hector Guimard. these bedside tables have been separated from a set of furniture which is in my possession and comprising - Two bookcase cabinets - A large center bed with openwork uprights - Two smaller center beds with openwork uprights - And a flat center desk Please note that only the double bed and a wardrobe bear the Majorelle Nancy stamp (hot shell). Given the quality of the bronzes, they could be attributed to a great foundryman of the time. Dimensions: H112x39x34
