"Japan Satsuma Meiji Tea Set"
Japan for Europe, Satsuma porcelain tea/coffee service from the Meiji period circa 1900. Rich and powerful decoration in the purest Satsuma style with pearls, gold, blue highlights and relief technique presenting a dragon on each piece in gold with 3 claws, we also find a series of 6 male figures and a woman in a mountainous landscape. Note a golden mark under each of the pieces as well as a character sitting cross-legged inside each of the cups. 'Very good condition overall. it will be sent by carrier to avoid breakage.
