Head of Christ in marble carved in high relief. The sculpture is nervous, high forehead, hair treated in strands separated by a parting in the middle and falling on the shoulders; two large eyes topped with well-defined brow bones, prominent cheekbones, straight nose and open mouth framed by a collar of beard and a goatee. The whole rests on a marble pedestal. Italy, 18th century. Bears an apocryphal signature. Height 25 cm, width 19 cm, total height: 34 cm.
