The Harcourt 1841 crystal glass can be recognized by its powerful line. From the flat ribs of the parison to the geometric line of the bevelled leg and the hexagonal foot, all the know-how of Baccarat crystal works.
The "L'Imparfait" version, in black crystal, was designed by designer Philippe Starck in 2005.
The designer breaks the codes, and offers against all expectations black crystal.
Problem? Black crystal is very difficult to achieve (five oxides are used in tiny amounts for a black which does not draw on yellow or blue), most of the time having a manufacturing defect.
Philippe Starck invites us to explore the darkest side of nature from which crystal light springs in all its brilliance.
