"Clock In Gilt Bronze Régence Athéna"
Unusual model pendulum in the Regency style in gilded bronze and from the Napoleon III period. Architecture of convex and concave shapes finely chiseled with a grid, decorated on the sides with a male and female profile, on the front with a Poseidon mask. Large chiseled bronze dial housing the twelve enameled cartridges, the whole is protected by a curved glass.At the top triumphs a very beautiful sculpture of the goddess Athena, faithfully reproduced with her spear and shield. The round door for access to the mechanism is also representative of its shield. The clock rests on four claw feet.
