A decorative and elegant finely chiseled black patinated bronze group, depicting an Annunciation symbolized by an angel having put down his quiver and its bow to the feet of a nymph seated on a hillock, raised on a base of sea-green marble.
Early-19th century, French Romantic Period circa 1830-1840.
