Small Art Nouveau period candy box in enameled crystal by Emile Gallé in Nancy, circa 1880 - 1890.Superb decoration of characters, a donkey, a column and floral patterns in enameled crystal enhanced with fine gold. This candy box is signed in enamel “E. Gallé à Nancy Déposé”.
Height : 5 cm. Diameter : 7 cm. Very good condition. No cracks, no chips, no restoration. Note the unusual decor, first period of the Gallé Crystal Factory.
