"Pair Of 18th Century Italian Miniatures"
Very pretty pair of miniatures on ivory from the 18th century, probably Italian, representing Andromeda, and Saint Odile covering the sight. Very finely executed, these two gouaches are presented in a perfect state of conservation, in charming small gilded wooden frames from the end of the 18th century / beginning of the 19th century. Very slight difference in dimensions: 11.5 x 9 cm for one, and 12 x 9.5 cm for the other (with the frame).
