Albarello With The Arms Of Della Rovere, Montelupo First Half Of The 16th Century.

Beautiful and important albarello di Montelupo fiorentino from the first half of the 16th century. The vase with its splendid shiny enamel is kept in excellent condition and has no breakages. In the center, a luxuriant garland frames a conjugal emblem, in which the tree of the Della Rovere family, an important noble family in central Italy, is reproduced. the rest of the decoration develops over the whole body of the vase and features meticulous floral and vegetable decorations. Finally, the upper band, also with vegetable decorations, is very beautiful, very typical of the precious ceramics of the early 16th century from the Florentine workshop.

The measures of the vase are: 23.5 cm in height, the mouth measures 10.5 cm in diameter.
