Celadon-type green background, decorated on two sides with branches and children in light relief. Lid surmounted by a sculpture representing a child.
Signed below with the mark of Inoue Ryosai, Meiji period (1868 - 1912).
In very good general condition with a small chip inside the edge of the vase. Small cooking defects on the glaze.
