Important Gilded Wood Mirror With Puttis From The Four Seasons, Italy XVIII

Important Italian mirror from the 18th century in gilded wood, carved and openwork with five Puttis including four of the four seasons, Pediment decorated with a circular mirror, lower part enhanced with two tritons and caryatid of a Woman decorated with flowers.
The frame is made of carved, openwork and gilded wood decorated with foliage, scrolls and fire pots decorated with four puttis in the four seasons, each with its attribute: a brazier for winter, a bunch of grapes and for autumn, a cornucopia for spring, a bundle of ears of wheat for summer.
In the lower part of the right side and left side we have two newts, one playing the horn, the other dressed in a turban looking at himself in the mirror. The pediment richly carved and decorated with scrolls and lace held by a putti seated on a circular mirror in its center Mercury mirrors.
Very good original condition, original gilding from Northern Italy, 18th century.

Condition: in good general condition, two small wears to the color of the mirror
