SHOULDER BETWEEN 45 CM, SLEEVE LENGTH 62 CM CIVIL MANUFACTURING, WITH REGARD TO OFFICERS, AN ORDER OF DECEMBER 9, 1914 DETAILS REGULATORY OFFICER OUTFIT. THEY SHOULD THEORETICALLY WEAR A TROOPS COVER SO AS TO NOT BE SPOTTED FROM A FAR. HOWEVER, FEW OFFICERS ARE AFFECTED IN THEIR PRIDE. COMPLY WITH THIS DIRECTIVE. THE ARMY HAS NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO CLOSE ITS EYES, THE REASON FOR THIS IS THAT OFFICERS DRESS AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE AND HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO HAVE THEIR UNIFORMS CUSTOM MADE BY CIVILIAN TAILORS THIS UNCONTROLLED PRODUCTION THEREFORE MULTIPLY THE MODELS IN SERVICE!!!!!.
