Pair of Louis XVI wall lights with 2 arms of light. circa 1770 The console-shaped shaft is crowned with a cartouche decorated with acanthus leaves. The body of the urn is fluted and decorated with a hanging garland. At the base, the barrel is decorated with a stylized flower bud. The volute-shaped arms are decorated with stylized acanthus leaves. The architectural details derived from the classics are remarkable. The sconces are made in the style of Jean-Charles Delafosse (1734-1791).
Its style is characterized by classical architectural forms of richly decorated antique inspiration.
