"Heating Dish, In Pewter. 19th Century."

Cut-out side grips, hinged on bail. A hatch cut into the wing allows filling with hot water. Hallmark of TONNELIER fils in PARIS 1815-1830, inscribed twice. Diameter: 26.3 cm. Clear, silky patina. Large dent on the reverse and areas of oxidation. Perfect seal. Period: 19th century. Very good condition. Free shipping by COLISSIMO for mainland France.
