The Battle of Waterloo took place six months after the manufacture of this saber in June 1815. One-piece brass frame with hallmarked one-branch guard from the Versailles factory. Handle with 36 strands, molded quillon. Flat, slightly curved blade, length 59.2 cm Back of the blade marked with the Manufacture du Klingenthal January 1815; Blade with the hallmarks of FL Lobstein, reviser from June 1811 to July 1821 "L", a "B" in a laurel leaf wreath of JG Bick, controller 1st class from May 1812 to August 1815, and a "B" » under star of EL Borson, inspector from August 1814 to September 1816. Tie in scarlet cloth. Black patent leather scabbard with two brass fittings, cover of the year XIII model with trigger guard for the passage of the leather tab.
