"17th Century Rochelaise Table In Gaïac And Mahogany "
Superb and rare Rochelaise table in guaiac and mahogany from the 17th century. It rests on 4 small ball feet and an H-shaped crotch with turned crosspieces, connected together by assembly dice. The gaîac base is turned into balusters and the belt rails are made of mahogany as is the drawer which still includes its original lock. The whole is topped with an original molded mahogany top. Quality work in excellent condition where guaiac wood is so important and gives the furniture a very particular charm.
