Exceptional and imposing Louis XV style cage chandelier in gilded bronze with twenty-four arms of light, decorated with thick cut crystal plates of multiple sizes. Very large cage-shaped castle chandelier, the threaded shaft ending in a large ball. Period mid-19th century circa (1850/1860). Note some gilding and a repair to an arm of light, plates in perfect condition.
