18th century Tournai porcelain plate. The plate is scrolled, the edge is highlighted by a twisted purple net, enhanced with a gold plume and gold fillet, in the center we find a polychrome flowered medallion enhanced with gold. This plate dates from the third period of Tournai, and shows the coat of arms of Jean-Baptiste Cyprien de Laurétan, Count of Alembon and of Guislaine Vilain XIV whom he married in his second marriage in 1773. The two alliance coats of arms are surmounted by a count's crown and above a decoration in a gold ribbon medallion. Diameter of 24 cm. Very good state. Marked with crossed swords in gold.
