"Jens Birkemose 1943-2022 Danish Painter"
Jens Birkemose, oil on canvas around 1990, member of the Decembristerne group since 1980, exhibited at the Kunstmuseum in Aarhus, studied at the Royal Danish Academy and at the Beaux-arts in Paris. Birkemose's world is inspired by the New York school of painting that he attended, and which is known for its hidden forms.
