"Pair Of Flemish Tables From Estaminet - Late 18th Century - France Or Belgium"
Rare and pleasant pair of tavern tables from the end of the 18th century. Beautiful dark patina, the legs are sculpted in baluster and joined by an H-shaped spacer. This type of table was present in estaminets, places located in the north of France and in Belgium serving coffee, beer, tobacco and traditional games. We can notice that the tables have been patinated by their experience over time and the use of people who played and ate on them. France or Belgium Late 18th early 19th century.
